Sorry to hear the news that Billy Mays died today. I posted on twitter that you either liked him or not but he was one of a kind.

I.C.E. Day

Had a great day with Jim Peduto and Annie Balonick and the gang taking the I.C.E. certification class today. Very valuable info to help us drive specific products that lower labor cost. It isn’t about the cost of product (5-6%) it is about labor cost. Great value for all members of the cleaning industry

At ICE certification

Currrently taking the ICE certification in philadlphia. I should be qualified by the end of the day.

Got a few request to see my great head shot. I can hardly recognize myself. I would vote for that guy for sure.
